With over 25 years of experience in workplace learning, Ed is recognised as one of the most influential leaders in this space. He founded the global body for workplace learning, the LPI which operates in 58 countries providing invaluable services to learning professionals and learning leaders.

An experienced keynote speaker, Ed is regularly heard and seen talking about the future of learning, how we learn, and how to link learning to performance. He is a huge supporter of people beginning their careers in learning, or launching start-ups, mentoring five individual people a year.
